Students who enroll in a trip are placed in an art-appreciation class where they learn about the art, architecture, history, and culture of sites we will visit. Through lectures, readings, gallery visits, and hands-on activities, students will survey the visual arts of painting, sculpture, architecture, and how the visual arts related to history and the modern world.

Students will also develop an understanding and appreciation of world cultures. Students participating in either a domestic or international trip will have an in-depth study of the various sites and places, such as Washington, D.C. or Boston domestically, or abroad to England, France, or Italy that will be visited on our educational trips.
