We Are Accepting Applications for the 2020-2021 School Year!

Applying is easy using our Online Application. A non-refundable fee of $125 for the first student and $75 for each additional student must be submitted with the application. This covers the application fee and all entrance assessments.

For a timely and accurate process, please carefully follow these Steps of Admission:

 

Step 1: Submit a Completed Initial Application Form online along with the fees.
  • Partially completed applications will not be processed.
  • Please make sure to have email addresses ready to enter for previous school’s registrar, a church leader that knows you personally, as well as teachers for referral emails to be sent.
  • Include copies of the Birth Certificate, Social Security card, and 2 years of Report Cards or High School Transcript

If applicable, also include:

  • Diagnostic Assessments
  • Court Documents
Step 2: Grade Level Assessment 

 Upon submission of the completed application, you will be contacted to schedule an assessment for your child to verify or determine their grade level. This assessment consists of math, grammar and reading sections. For Pre-K and Kinder it is more of a hands on assessment to verify grade level readiness. 

 

Step 3: Interview with the School Principal and/or Head of School.

Once the application and assessment have been reviewed you will be contacted to schedule a family interview. The student and parent(s)/guardian are all requested to attend. Interviews are approximately 45 minutes.

 

Step 4: Notification of Admission

You will be notified by school administration of your admission standing within a week of completing the family interview. Decisions concerning a student’s enrollment may be made by the Principal or Head of School immediately following the interview. In either case, an email will be sent with directions on how to complete the online Enrollment Packet. Placement in a class will be considered final when the Enrollment Packet has been turned into the school and enrollment fees have been paid.
