The term school culture, Bobcat Life, generally refers to the beliefs, perceptions, relationships, attitudes and written and unwritten rules that shape and influence every aspect of how a school functions. At LRA, we are intentional about creating the “Bobcat Life” for each student. We understand the effect a positive, welcoming, joy-filled environment can have on a student’s everyday life.
LRA and its students will be known as a community of people with integrity, living transparent lives full of compassion for others, being servant leaders, living lives accountable to Christ and others. We will be a community of people who are approachable, welcoming and genuine, pray for one another and self-disciplined. We will strive to “walk the talk” in all that we do and say and have grace for each other and those around us because God has unending grace for us when we fail. As adults in these student’s lives, faculty, staff and board members, we understand the importance of leading by example and will strive to live a life that encompasses these values in front of the generations to come. LRA will encourage its parents to do the same to lead by example.
