Special Teams Coordinator/Assistant Baseball Coach

 

Coach Victor Rodriguez is a Varsity assistant for Baseball and Special Teams coordinator/QB coach for football. Coach Rodriguez has been heavily involved in athletics since he was a kid. A 3 sports athlete in high school (Baseball, Basketball, Football). He moved on to play collegiate baseball while obtaining his degree in Sports Management. As a player in college garnered honors such as Gold Glove and Team captain. He has experience recruiting at the college level in the US and parts of Canada. Has been involved in coaching and umpiring at the Little league, middle school, and high school levels. Coach Rodriguez has experience with the Frontier League( Independent baseball league). His philosophy at LRA will be to help maximize student athletes' potential on the field and in the classroom. He wants to teach mental toughness and time management. He wants to lead by sharing his own experiences regarding being a student first and then an athlete second, Christ, and wants to learn from his athletes. Looks forward to helping young men grow to their full potential on and off the field and in all facets of life.
