Senior Retreat and MS/HS Retreat

Senior Camp

LRA Senior Camp is historically a time for the Senior class to gather together at the beginning of the year and create lasting memories and celebrate the accomplishments they have made leading to their final year in high school.

The senior retreat is the first 2 days of the week before the Secondary Camp begins.  During this time the seniors worship their Lord though devotionals led by a guest speaker and then continue the fun as they play games, participate in various group activities and bond as a class.  Each year the senior retreat location varies giving each senior class their own special experience.

Secondary Camp

Camp Tejas, in beautiful Giddings, Texas, hosts all of our secondary students (grades 6-12) for an incredible 3-day retreat each year. As a school, our goal is to draw our students closer to the Lord while enjoying camp activities. Camp Tejas provides our students with many fun recreational activities each year such as rock climbing, disk golf, volleyball, pool time, river activities, camp fires, mud games, and worship time led by a guest speaker. Our students enjoy getting away from campus to play and worship as a group. Each year, we as a school use our spirit of Outreach by giving back to Camp Tejas. One afternoon our students continue to grow their outreach spirit by completing tasks where the camp needs help. It is our goal to teach students that they can worship the Lord by serving others.
